How to prepare Cabbage (Cameroon Style)

First: slice the cabbage, boil water and put the slice cabbage into the boiling water and let it cook for 5-10 minutes. Pour in a strainer and drain the water

Next: put a pot on the stove and pure some canola oil in the pot, when is hot and ready, put some chopped onion in the oil, and when is crisp; pour your chopped tomato, maggi, salt, fresh spices (some like to put blended crayfish) and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

When the tomato is ready, put in your cabbage and stir to taste. Your cabbage is now ready to be consumed with plantains, rice, yam or potatoes etc.
